Business days are Monday-Friday. Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are excluded as shipping days. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA, please email me@ioanafriedman.com. The artwork on my site is made-to-order, and I need time to create your piece.

Shipping Carrier
I ship priority through USPS, and shipping is complimentary. Alternatively, I will hand deliver your piece if you live locally. All artwork is made to order specifically for you. Please allow up to 3 weeks for production. 

Lost & Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages, nor will we be held accountable for clients filling in the wrong shipping address. Any remakes will result in a new fee. 

Returns
There are no returns or refunds, as everything is made to order. All orders are non-refundable, and all sales are final. Clients agree to these terms when placing an order on my website.
